About us
HE4 Capital is an independent advisory firm. We help business owners look beyond their home market for financing. Many owners hold valuable, fully leased property that local lenders undervalue or will only finance for a few years at a time. Abroad, long-term institutional investors are looking for exactly that kind of steady income backed by real assets.
We help bring the two sides together. We advise on the financing approach, prepare you for the process, and coordinate the licensed banks, rating agencies, lawyers and tax advisors in each country, so you can focus on running your business.
Why HE4?
Stable enough to last. Light enough to travel.
Helium-4 is one of the most stable elements in nature, and one of the lightest. That is the kind of financing we help our clients put in place: steady enough to support them for years, and light enough to move across borders.
On your side
We act for the owner. Most of our fee is earned only when a transaction closes, so our interests stay aligned with yours.
Regulated partners
Every role that involves money or securities is carried out by established, appropriately licensed financial institutions, never by us.
One point of contact
We coordinate the process across countries, languages and time zones, so you work with one team from start to finish.
Services
Cross-border financing involves many parties and many rules. We give you a clear view of your options and keep every moving part on track.
Financing strategy
We review your asset and goals, and outline whether international, asset-backed financing could work for you and how it compares with other options.
Transaction coordination
We introduce and coordinate the licensed banks, rating agencies, trustees and legal and tax advisors, and keep the process on schedule.
Currency planning
We help you understand the currency exposure in a cross-border financing and work with licensed providers on how it can be managed.
How it works
In an asset-backed financing, the income from your property supports long-term funding from international institutional investors. You receive long-term capital and can keep an interest in the asset’s future value. Every structure is tailored to the asset, the owner and the markets involved.

FAQ
Something else on your mind? Write to hello@he4capital.com.
How much does it cost?
Our fees are largely success-based. A retainer covers the initial assessment and preparation work, and the balance is payable only if a transaction closes. Fees are agreed case by case, together with any third-party costs, such as rating, legal and entity setup, before work begins.
Who acts as custodian, arranger and placement agent?
These roles are carried out by established, internationally recognized financial institutions, each licensed in its own market. HE4 Capital acts only as an advisor and coordinator. We never hold client assets, funds or securities.
Is this legal? Who is the legal counsel?
Asset-backed financing is a long-established, regulated form of financing used around the world. Each transaction is reviewed by qualified legal counsel in every jurisdiction involved, typically drawn from the approved panels of the participating institutions. We also encourage you to appoint your own independent advisors.
What is ABS? Is it debt?
Asset-backed securities (ABS) are repaid from the income of a specific asset, such as the rent from a property, rather than from a company’s general credit. Depending on the structure, the obligations may sit with a separate issuing entity rather than with the owner. Your own legal, tax and accounting advisors confirm how a transaction affects you.
Who are the investors?
Typically long-term institutional investors, such as insurers, pension funds and asset managers, looking for stable income backed by real assets. Any offering is made only by licensed institutions, and only to investors eligible under the applicable rules.
Who benefits from this?
Business owners, family groups and companies that hold quality, income-producing real estate and want long-term funding without giving up the asset’s future upside, whether to grow, diversify or plan for succession.
Tell us a little about your asset and goals. We’ll come back with an initial view on fit, in confidence.
