HE4 Capital is an independent advisory firm providing advisory and coordination services for cross-border financing. It is not a bank, securities firm or trust company. Arranging, underwriting, placement, trustee, custody and hedging services are performed solely by appropriately licensed institutions, not by HE4 Capital. We do not hold client assets, funds or securities.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial product in any jurisdiction. Content is provided for general information only and is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement, and you should consult your own advisors before acting.
