This policy explains how HE4 Capital, LLC (“HE4 Capital”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us.

• Transaction information: if we discuss a potential engagement, documents about your company, assets, ownership and beneficial owners needed for assessment and KYC.

2. How we use it
• To respond to your inquiries and assess whether a transaction may be a fit.
• To prepare, coordinate and carry out an engagement you agree to.
• To meet legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering and KYC obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Only as needed for the purposes above and under duty of confidentiality: partner banks acting as arranger, placement agent, trustee or custodian; rating agencies; legal, tax and accounting advisors; and service providers that host our email and systems.
